Green Olive cream



Fee’s tasty green olive tapenade is made using juicy olives, grown on volcanic and fertile soil of Sicily. All the green olives in this tapenade are picked during the late October, when all the natural flavours are on their absolute peak. Fee olives come only from a few small olive plantations in Ragusa, where all the specific agricultural traditions are still honoured.

Ingredients: Green olives grindings 90%, seasoned in vinegar, salt, natural flavorings, extra virgin olive oil. After open, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 3-4 days.

Origins: Sicily, Ragusa. Almost all ingredients in Faye pasta sauces and antipasti come from Sicily, the area of Ragusa, which is famous for large-scale cultivation and hundreds of small, privately owned vegetable and fruit plantations. This southern part of Sicily is considered to be a true agricultural heaven, thanks to excellent geographical position and other important conditions - warm Mediterranean climate, protective hills and air with a perfect level of humidity. 

Health: Green olives, the main ingredient of the tapenade, are rich in iron, healthy fats, vitamin E, copper, and they are an excellent source of fiber. Olive’s help to prevent heart diseases, and keep your heart healthy.

Use: Fee recommends using Crema di olive Verdi as an accompaniment to seafood dishes. It will also make an excellent addition to sandwiches, salads, canapés and even meat dishes.
